Having been in the industry for over 12 years and a personal trainer and health coach for over 10 years, therefore i have the knowledge and skills to help you achieve your goals so much faster than you thought possible. I have combined my study and experience to get great results for well over 500 clients. I have been personal training and health coaching in Dubai and UAE community for over three years now so i have in-depth, personal experience with helping people cope with the unique challenges Dubai brings.

The one to one service that i provide has two key elements: One is my 'Positive Health Coaching' service. This involves a complimentary consultation where we meet, determine your goals and it gives me an opportunity to get an overview of your lifestyle. It is during our first meeting that i will show you exactly how i can help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Before our next meeting you complete a Health Appraisal Questionnaire with over 300 questions. This is designed to find imbalances in 28 of the bodies key homeostatic (balance) systems. I will then address these imbalances to help you achieve health and vitality. Some of the areas this questionnaire covers are the musculoskeletal system, the nervous system and the limbic system. It also covers the endocrine glands such as the thyroid and adrenal glands. There is an individual section for men which covers prostate health and a female specific section which covers hormonal balance, progesterone/estrogen decline and premenstrual balance among other areas. To really get a detailed picture of your lifestyle you also complete a 10 day food, sleep and exercise diary. There is also a lifestyle and awareness questionnaire that you complete for me which covers areas such as the stress reduction or ‘Me’ time you give yourself, what supplements and medical drugs you take, your health history, your highest priorities in life and if you think there are any barriers that may stop you achieving your goals. 

I use all of the information to create your individual health coaching pack. This will include over 25 pages of typed notes and over 30 pages of handouts which help you implement the plan i have produced for you. The information is cutting edge and implementing the advice will be a great investment in your future. The pack includes all the advice you need on cardiovascular training, resistance training and of course your holistic lifestyle plan covering the specific areas that you need to improve to achieve your goals quickly. It also includes a resource page with further reading and links to the best health related websites in the world.

Making changes to your lifestyle has such a huge difference on how quickly you can achieve your goals that i focus a lot of my time and effort to ensure i am an expert on all the relevant areas people need to improve on. Through experience i know that if you want guaranteed results the health coaching i provide is essential.

The other key element is the physical training, i use all my knowledge, experience and passion to guide you through ultra effective 'Master Personal Training sessions".

There is the option to do just the health coaching with me. This alone can make a huge difference in your life. This can be done by email or we can meet in a convenient location for you in Dubai or one of the other Emirates.

Over the last three years i have spent over 45,000 AED/ $12,000 on my education. I have been able to use this knowledge to help my clients achieve great results.

I am currently on the first stage of a five stage course, of which only 30 people in the uk have achived the highest level. This course and the skills i add to it constantly are making a massive difference to my clients lives, i hope you can benefit from it too.

I also posses the Paul Chek Holistic Lifestyle Coaching qualification (Level 2). This qualification gives me expert knowledge to coach people toward optimal health and happiness. The following description of the course is taken from the CHEK website and explains it beautifully:

This three-level program looks at symptoms of disease and stress and how they can be prevented through principles of proper eating, exercise and stress management. You will understand why every meal, every bout of exercise and every late night has a hormonal consequence. You will be given tools such as in-depth questionnaires, to not only assess your clients, but also allow you to determine their readiness for change. In short this course goes beyond the basics of anything you have learned in any type of "lifestyle coaching course" ... this is wellness coaching the CHEK way. An individual's health lies in their own hands; a HLC coach is simply there to show them the path.

As you can imagine the skills and knowledge that i have acquired from this course have revolutionised the way i coach clients and the results they have achieved.

I am an expert personal trainer and health coach based in Dubai, i also offer international health coaching by email and phone consultations. I can come to your gym if you have access to a private gym or I operate from the Downtown Burj Dubai area next to Dubai Mall. Alternatively we can train at the Marina View Towers in Dubai marina. The combination of home visits or gym based work gives you the flexibility you need.

If you decide to do personal training with me this is how it would work:

  • We meet for the complimentary consultation so you can ask any questions you have and so i can ask you a series of questions designed to uncover the most important things to work on. At this meeting i give you the questionnaires so you can take them away with you to fill out and return to me before our first personal training session.

  • I pick up the completed questionnaires so that i can go away, study them and devise an action plan which involves removing your 'obstacles to progress'.

  • We have at least one 'Positive Health Coaching session before we start training in the gym where we go through the vital areas that we need to work on that we have identified from your questionnaires. I go through the information and give you handouts and resources to help you implement improvements into your life.
  • Then we start training in the gym. The reasons why personal training makes such a difference are manifold, here are a few of the key ways i can help; you have an appointment to turn up to, i make sure you are training safely but push you so that you are training at the correct level for you, i am on hand to encourage you and provide you with that extra motivation, i make sure that our training together is varied and interesting, maybe even fun ! And i am there to give you all the advice and tools you need so that you can make your training effective, safe and fun.
  • During the course of your training and when we feel it is appropriate we have more 'positive Health Coaching' consultations where we sit down to discuss your progress, check your success and it gives me a chance to go through the detailed information you need to improve your diet and lifestyle.
  • If you would like someone there with you to give you more focus and better results then i recommend training with me or exercising ideally four times per week. Training this often with me will help you achieve your goals in the shortest time possible. This is flexible and you can choose how many sessions to do with me per week..
  • If you are dedicated to training on your own and have the motivation to do so then you may choose not to do so many sessions with me. It is wise to have a few sessions at the beginning as for most people there will be so much to learn. Then you may want to have one session every week or even meet me once a month to update what you are doing and to make sure your current program of exercise and new lifestyle choices are effective.
